CEO's Corner: The Human Factor- A Milestone Reached, But Miles ...

It was really a very inspiring and stressful thoughts posted by my eminent writer Mr. Deepak Kaistha and I am even very glad to say that some time I was the part of IIPM. No doubt if I say People say many things positive as well as negative both about IIPM but it will not be wrong if I say I feel proud being a part of IIPM.

Many accolades from my side to the whole Planman HR Team and I hope the innovation will be infinity.

  1. Common Wealth Games (CWG), Black Market:

I wonder when I see the CWG investment. It has been estimated, Rs. 30 Billion or more has already invested but nothing is going in favour of hosting CWG in India. Is it the lack of proper policy making or inaccuracy in the designing of CWG budget or India is a poor state to host such gigantic games like CWG. What is the main cause of not getting the things in favour of CWG? Even though India was chosen and it was announced well in advance about the CWG 2010, India, Why the government bodies or the CWG committee has not given the attention to such a momentous game which is hosted first time in India? Day by day certain disaster is always attached with the CWG. Some day we hear the news of falling tiles or collapsing of canopy, collapse of under-construction foot bridge, what is all this? It's certainly an embarrassment situation for the whole Indian especially to the govt. of India. Big news is the security in CWG. World champions like Philips Idowu, christine ohuruogu, Lisa Dobrisky are not interested in participating in CWG because of the security reasons. If this situation continues than I think India should never think to host such a unanimous thumping project anytime in future. Instead of investing in CWG, government should invest in building sports clubs or institutions which helps the interested individuals, youths to enroll in their favorite sports event.

It's hardly week or more is left for CWG, the situation is such deck/stadium is not ready for the game.........To me Indian Govt. should not promote such mega events as we are not capable enough. Just think in hosting only one CWG govt. is completely collapsed, if 3 or 4 such events are hosted in a year or more than all the citizens will be loaded with burden of inflation, and may be possible people will not be in a position to get their basic necessities fulfilled.......

    Give your valuable thoughts........eagerly waiting.........
